Nottinghamshire Sojourner visits Ribblesdale Chapter

Ribbledale chapter Jan 17

On Wednesday 1st February companion Chris Yates, one of the Nottinghamshire sojourners, visited Ribblesdale Chapter. He delivered a PowerPoint explanation of the ‘Five Regular Platonic Bodies’: what they are; how they should be laid out in the temple; and how they relate to Royal Arch masonry. The presentation was very well received by all present, with some very interesting comments and discussions at the Festive board. The most common comments were, “I’ve never even seen them before” and “I never knew that the lapel badge I wore was the Triple Tau, or what it represented”.

There were 19 members and 3 visitors in attendance. Also present was companion Tony Hopewell, the GCVO.
